The voluntary tuition account was established to minimize across-the-board annual tuition increases, thus keeping the education at SHA affordable for all. However, there is still a need to meet operating budget requirements. In addition to the above tuition rates, families are strongly encouraged to assist in funding the voluntary tuition account at a level that they are comfortable contributing. Contributions made to this account are completely voluntary and are tax deductible. It is hoped, that parents will recognize that the amount of tuition they are paying on a per-child basis is much less than the true cost of their child’s education and will make a worthwhile contribution to the voluntary tuition account. In doing so, we are showing our commitment to the mission of Jesus Christ and being generous stewards.
Option 1: Full tuition payment due by the first day of school. Payment will be made directly to the school. No FACTS fee will be assessed. Failure to pay by the designated date will result in assignment to FACTS.
Option 2: Semester payments. The first payment is due on the first day of school and paid directly to the school. The second payment is due January and paid to FACTS on the 5th or 20th of the month by automated payment process. The FACTS enrollment fee is $20.
Option 3: Quarterly payments. Payments are made through FACTS due in August, October, January and March on the 5th or 20th by automated payment process. FACTS enrollment fee is $50.
Option 4: 10 monthly payments. Payments are made through FACTS August through May on the 5th or 20th using the automated payment process. The FACTS enrollment fee is $50.
Option 5: Credit card payment through FACTS. Payment may be made using MasterCard, Visa or Discover. In addition to the FACTS fee there is a 2 ½ % monthly convenience fee.
